This is my story.
MI(heart attack) at a young age of 31.Flying high and a workaholic.Started giving least importance to food habits and I land up with a arterial block and get stuck at home for a recovery phase of a month.The angioplast and the medicines do not have much of an impact on my confidence as much as my mind.
Life does not seem the same and my world looks new.I need to rake in all my confidence to become the person I was.Need inputs from all u young guys who have resurrected themselves to give me some tips on how to get up and start going again.
Am sure there would be lot of you out there who would like to share their recovery stories.Lance Armstrong is just the right antidote to name one.
Will be looking at this space for your thoughts and experiences.I strongly believe ..this world is small.All can reach out....
